Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours of your request. Once authorization is granted, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags, unworn, and unwashed.
Full-priced items are eligible for store credit or size exchange within the 10-day policy.
Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Altered items cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a refund. Store credit will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of your return.
We provide a free return label as a courtesy when you make your initial request for an exchange or store credit, within our 10-day policy.
We do not cover the expenses incurred for shipping the item back to us, nor do we reimburse these costs.
