Exchanges & Returns
REFUND POLICY
We accept returns for full price merchandise that is in stock at the time of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with the yellow tag intact. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, online, commercially or for personal gain. Items must be free of deodorant or makeup residue. All items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
As long as the item(s) you are returning are not marked as final sale, you can request a return label to ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.
If you are within 14 days of delivery, you can return your item for either a refund to your original form of payment or a site credit. If you return for a refund, there is a $15 processing fee.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges outside of 14 days.
Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Made-To-Order Items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Return/Exchange
If you receive a damaged item please contact orders@bronxandbanco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged items received back to our fulfillment without prior knowledge will be returned to the customer.
Once we have received and accepted your return, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please contact your bank with additional questions.
EXCHANGES
In order to receive a new size, you will need to place a new order. You can begin your return for a store credit by reaching out to our customer service team at orders@bronxandbanco.com.
All returns have a 7-10 business day processing time once received to our fulfillment center.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
We provide a free return label as a courtesy when you make your initial request for a return/exchange. Please ensure this is requested within our 14-day policy.
If you receive a damaged item please contact orders@bronxandbanco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged items received back to our warehouse without prior knowledge will be returned to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not cover the expenses incurred for shipping the item back to us, nor do we reimburse these costs.
