Exchanges & Returns
REFUND POLICY
All returns and exchanges are refunded via store credit only. Store credit never expires and is non-transferable.
Exchanges and returns must be initiated through orders@bronxandbanco.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours of your request. Once authorization is granted, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Returned items must be in their original packaging with the yellow tag, unworn, and unwashed. Store credit will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of your return. A $15 restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges and returns. The fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Full-priced items are eligible for store credit or size exchange within the 10-day policy.
Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Altered items cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
EXCHANGES
In order to receive a new size, you will need to place a new order. You can begin your return for a store credit by reaching out to our customer service team at orders@bronxandbanco.com.
Returns/exchanges are subject to a $15 processing fee, and all returns have a 7-10 business day processing time once received to our fulfillment center.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
We provide a free return label as a courtesy when you make your initial request for an exchange or store credit, please ensure this is requested within our 10-day policy.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not cover the expenses incurred for shipping the item back to us, nor do we reimburse these costs.
If you receive a damaged item please contact orders@bronxandbanco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged items received back to our warehouse without prior knowledge will be returned to the customer.
