To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed with the yellow tag intact. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, online, commercially or for personal gain. Please be mindful of deoderant and makeup rubbing off on the item. All items that do not meet those standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

As long as the item(s) you are returning are not marked as final sale, you can request a return label to ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.

If you are within 14 days of delivery, you can return your item for either a refund to your original form of payment or a site credit. If you return for a refund, there is a $15 processing fee.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges outside of 14 days.

Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

A pre-order item ensures you have secured an in-demand item in your size, style and color. When the pre-order item arrives at our fulfillment center, we will ship it within 1-2 business days.

Bust measurement: Place a measuring tape 1-2 inches below your armpit on one side, guiding it around your back, and ending back to where you started. Ensure to measure over the further point of your chest.

Waist measurement: Find the halfway point between your belly button and the bottom of your ribs. Guide a measuring tape all the way around this part of your torso to get your waistline measurement.

Hip measurement (high): The highest point of your hip where your hip bone begins. Measure the top of your hips by placing a measuring tape about 3-4 inches below your belly button circling around.

Hip measurement (low) : The lowest point of where your hip bone ends. Measure the lower part of your hips by placing a measurement tape where the zipper would end on a pair of pants (about 3-4 inches below your high hip) and circling around.
