Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full-price, in-stock items. Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original yellow tag intact
- Free of makeup or deodorant residue
- Not used in photography or for commercial/personal promotion
- Not marked as final sale or made-to-order
- Reason for return request must be provided prior to approval
To start a return, please submit your request through our Returns Portal via Loop. Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be dropped off within 7 days of receipt of your return label.
Return Options:
- Refund to original payment: $15 processing fee
- Store credit: No fee
Domestic Returns:
- Free return label provided for eligible returns
- Must be requested within 10-day window
International Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not reimburse for customs, duties, or international shipping fees
- Must be requested within 10-day window
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
Final Sale & Damaged Items
- Final sale and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For damaged items, contact orders@bronxandbanco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items returned without prior approval will be returned to sender.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping:
- Processing time: 2 business days for all in-stock items.
- Shipped via UPS from New York
- Expedited: UPS Next Day Air Saver (price varies)
- Orders under $500: $25 flat rate
- Orders $500 and above: Free shipping
- No weekend or holiday shipping. No P.O. box delivery.
International Shipping:
- Shipping and processing time: 7-10 business days for all in-stock items
- Shipped via DHL Express through Global-E
- Duties are collected at checkout and passed to your customs office
Shipping fees are non-refundable for rejected packages
Route Package Protection
Route is an optional add-on that ensures your order during transit.
- Covers loss, theft, or damage during shipping
- Non-refundable

- If Route is not selected, Bronx and Banco is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages
Made to Order
Made-to-order means the item is produced after your order is placed.
- Not customized or tailored
- Available in standard sizes XS–XL
- Production time: 4–8 weeks minimum (see product page for details)
- Made-to-order items may be canceled within 7 days of order placement
- Final sale once production begins — cannot be canceled or returned

Order Processing & Payment
- Orders processed in 5–10 business days
- Expedited U.S. orders must be placed by 2PM EST for same-day shipment
- Order confirmation received via email
