RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Cancellations only accepted 48 hours after order placement (excludes sale items).

Returned items are eligible for store credit or one size exchange.

We do not provide refunds (exceptions may apply).

*Items must be returned with original tags.

Sale Items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

We offer exchanges or store credit for items returned up to 10 days past delivery date. A return label will be provided for domestic orders. We will assist in one exchange only.

We will only accept PRE ORDER items returned for international shipments. Customers will have to expense shipping cost back to us for exchange or store credit. Customers will also have to expense shipping costs for their 2nd order.

For damaged or defective items, please contact orders@bronxandbanco.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will attempt to assist with a repair or replacement.

BILLING:

There is a non-refundable fee taken from our third party billing system.
