RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Cancellations accepted 72 hours after order placement.

Returned items are eligible for store credit or one exchange.

*items must be returned with original tags.

Sale Items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

For damaged or defective items, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and we will attempt to assist with a repair or replacement.

BILLING:

There is a non-refundable fee taken from our third party billing system.

We will accept cancellation requests for orders placed less than 72 hours ago if they have not been shipped. Please note there is a non-refundable fee taken from third-party when an order is placed.

Full-Price Items (Non-Bridal)

Delivery: 14-20 days. We offer exchanges or store credit for items returned up to 10 days past delivery date. A return label will be provided for domestic orders. We will assist in one exchange only.

Bridal Dresses

Delivery: 2-8 weeks. We try our best to accommodate our brides’ deadlines. Please email [email protected] if you have questions. We will exchange sizes, but not styles. *Please note: do not order two different sizes of the same dress if you’re trying to figure out what size you are, as we do not issue refunds. Our delivery times are subject to change. We have the right to cancel any order.
